All orders are shipped using Parcelforce’s Age Verification
service (Challenge 25), so the courier will request ID on delivery. Used to
ensure the recipient is 18 or older, applying Challenge 25, where recipients

Items cannot be left in a safe place and must be handed
directly to the recipient. If you miss delivery, your order can be collected
from a Post Office or Customer Service Point with valid ID.
